Candidates benefit from Veref. They verify once and carry that verification across every employer on the network, skipping re-verification everywhere else. Their Passport is portable and candidate-owned. We do not auto-reject anyone; every flag is evidence for a human recruiter.
We combine identity verification at entry, continuous face match against the verified ID, voice authenticity analysis, virtual camera driver detection at the system level, gaze and latency signals, and active challenges the recruiter can trigger. Signals are weighted into a live integrity score.
We store the minimum needed: biometric templates (not raw images), session recordings with configurable retention, and evidence clips linked to flagged events. Candidates can export or request deletion of their Passport data at any time.
